Fruttato EVO Amphora 0.5 litre
Fruttato EVO oil is produced with unripe olives from an early harvest. This technique ensures that the oil retains most of its health properties which are slowly lost through ripening. It is an oil rich in polyphenols (natural antioxidants), and very low in acidity and peroxides.
Packaged 0.5 litre to bottles.
Colour: intense green
Flavour: bitter almond, herbal with a moderate bitter and spicy taste.
Acidity: between 0.2% and 0.3%.
Use: Already tasty foods that can be enriched with an aromatic and slightly bitter flavour such as cooked vegetables, grilled and roasted meats, soups, broths and pasta with meat sauces.
