Brief description: this spread of green olives is enhanced with the unmistakable flavour of capers which make it excellent for enhancing your dishes but also for delicious snacks, canapés and aperitifs.

Production method: The olives are picked while still green, selected and left to ripen, pitted and the pulp transformed into a tasty spread which is then enhanced with extra virgin olive oil and capers, placed in glass jars and pasteurised.
