Wine Vinegar from Barbarano D.O.C. 0.50 L 

Fine vinegar obtained with the traditional system of slow fermentation. Aged in oak casks this vinegar acquires a gentle aroma ideal as dressing for meats and salads. A possible sediment in the bottle is an index of genuineness and don’t affect the quality of the product.

INGREDIENTS: Barbarano wine, antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite.

Characteristics:
Color: intense red.
Flavour: very strong fragrances and taste.
Uses:  indicated on daily preparation of various dishes, even the most refined.
Packed in jars of: 0,50 l
Acidity: 7,5%
