The “Gondola” is an oil made with the best selection of olives from the Berica area, mainly indigenous varieties such as the ancient Pertegaro, Compostara and Favarol. Rich in flavour and aroma, Gondola brings the typical flavour of the Berici Hills to the table. The name is a tribute to the most serene Republic of Venice.

Packaged in 0.75 litre bottles.

Colour: opaque green with golden reflections
Flavour: sweet almond, fresh with ripe notes such as tomatoes and an excellent balance.
Acidity: between 0.3% and 0.4%.
Use: ideal on all foods that require a highly aromatic and round seasoning.
